A puddle formed by summer storms is feeding a live-stream of particles and life forms flowing through a microscope slide. Visitors can control the direction and speed of the flow by stepping into three basins inside the puddle. By raising or lowering the water levels with their feet, they can move things up, down, left, or right. The installation creates a physical bridge between our world and that of the microscopic life contained in this body of water.
